-breakfast:- one brown sour dought toast (40 calories) with mas7a honey mustard and mas7at miracle whip dressing (30 calories) 3/4 slice of turkey (20 calories). a whole bag of m&ms crispy elches el a7mar *on the way to work* (208 calories)(total 298)

-snack at work: a piece of arabian dessert like a hard sugar coated basbosa (roughly 60 calories)

-lunch: shawerma la7m ib nis khubza libnaneya khafefa (khubz is 71 calories o the filling 100) o shawerma deyay same same ham yser total 170 calories (total 340)

-snack: kakaw twisted mal cadbury (feh caramel o egg cream filling) (210 calories)

-dinner: white cheese sandwich with mushroom and asparagus (the bread alone 150 calories.. mushrooms maybe 10 calories.. asparagus mo akthar min 10 calories as well.. the soft white fresh cheese 81 calories) and a cup of coffee (total 251)

Fayir After break

Elyoom my legs were shaking from malnutrition.
I didnt have breakfast, bas Vanilla frap w/rasberry.

ri7t sul6an, got mac n cheese oo kil anwa3 il 5 minute pastas.
radet il bait oo had the one with mushroom sauce. it was shockingly good ;P
aw maybe lenna i was hungry? madri.
bas i finished my plate *mu3jeza*

Minziman ma khathet suppliments, lenna magimt a7is ib difference anymore. bes having shaky legs ? wth?? :P
I need to get back to Vitamin B.

and in my blog.. and here.. fa basically ba7sed 3omre 3ashan la akil shy in the end ;p

my friends are all like: in akalty shy even remotly related to greens and health will kick ya out of the diner! HAW! KEFY!

elmohim.. bs 7abet agol iny sa3eda iny sawait 21 days diet bidon mashakil wala hum ya7zanooooooon! didnt deny myself anything! i ate kil shy and enjoyed kil shy! i eat wayed! bs shar6 a7sib calorieyaty!

o inshalla in lanadan bath3af akthar.. since am all for jogging i7im i7im... and mmm i will walk kil mokan KIL MOKAN!

Breakfast: ( @ work )
- 3 halves of pecan.
- 8 baby carrots.
- Mushroom sandwich.
- Granola bar.
- Mini snickers.

Note: (i was at work from 9 till 4 so 3alaikum el7saab )

Lunch:
- Raw veggie sticks with lowfat cheese dip.

Dinner: (@Maki)
- Edamame.
- Green salad.
- Tempura maki. ( 2 pcs.)
- Essa maki. ( 3 pcs)
- Hammour teppan.
- Green tea.
- Herbal tea.

FourMe - Anti-Food Days


I've discovered that I can only eat 2 weeks of the month! Eat eb ma3na eny akil eb thima w thameer. You might think I'm insane but honestly I feel the urge and crave food only when I'm pms'ing well in my case when I'm Pmdd'ing. Otherwise I don't crave anything, in those 2 weeks I gain weight and come the 2 weeks after I stop eating and start losing what I gained and the cycle goes on :/ Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelp..

Back to food diary..

Yesssss , i'm back .. I don't know about y'all but i don't mind even writing on my own without any feedbacks .. I can't deny that the food diary was a big help for me so why not keep it up ..

First thing in the Morning:
- Red apple.
- Herbal tea. ( 2 giant mugs )

Breakfast: ( @ work )
-4 almonds.
-6 carrots.
- Mushroom Sandwich from diet care ( 300 calories)
- 1 mini flake.

Late lunch :
-1 piece of baked chicken.
- Green salad with balsamic vinegar.
- 1/2 turkey sandwich.
- 2 giant mugs of herbal tea.
