Back to food diary..
Yesssss , i'm back .. I don't know about y'all but i don't mind even writing on my own without any feedbacks .. I can't deny that the food diary was a big help for me so why not keep it up ..
First thing in the Morning:
- Red apple.
- Herbal tea. ( 2 giant mugs )
Breakfast: ( @ work )
-4 almonds.
-6 carrots.
- Mushroom Sandwich from diet care ( 300 calories)
- 1 mini flake.
Late lunch :
-1 piece of baked chicken.
- Green salad with balsamic vinegar.
- 1/2 turkey sandwich.
- 2 giant mugs of herbal tea.

what's up with the two mugs? I heard some herbal teas like camomile tea makes you more hungry when you drink it..
